They don’t work on cars older than 20 years which is the most ridiculous and pathetic thing I’ve heard and then they reply with bs it wasn’t a random person who worked on it it was a certified mechanic just because I said he was a friend doesn’t mean he’s isn’t qualified don’t just assume things he works at the bmw in midtown so before you assume things gets your facts straight
We are sorry to disappoint you. We understand from your phone conversation that your 1999 Honda Accord had an engine replaced by someone else and it is now having problems. Our company policy is that we do not work on vehicles older than 20 years because of parts availability and the added dynamics created by working on older vehicles. This is especially true when other people have been working on them. We are sorry that you don’t agree with our policy and hope you can find adequate service elsewhere.
