Haven’t had my AC working for 8 years, took it here a few years ago and paid $2000 for them to ‘fix’ it, didn’t fix it at all, was still only blowing hot air. Just had a random mechanic come look at it today and he fixed it in less than 20 min. There was a piece of burnt plastic blocking the air from entering the compressor or whatever. Charged me $80. This is why I don’t trust big mechanic shops.
We are sorry for your frustration. All of our repairs come with a 3 year or 36k mile warranty. If the failure of your ac system was related to work we did and was within warranty, it would have been resolved at no charge.
