I've gotten me state inspection done here for the last 3 years. They are always courteous, professional, and personable. They've also never had a problem with my last minute appointment requests. I would absolutely recommend Payne's Automotive.

Even with Pandemic/Stay Home Work Safe Houston guidelines I needed my yearly car inspection for March 2020. Although car tag registrations were delayed, I wanted to be prepared. Payne’s was prudently seeing clients by “appointment only”, provided a safe waiting area & were very professional in accommodating me. I had moved away but was nearby & remembered their fine quality services from last year. Still friendly & reliable!

Awesome, Professional service from the first time I stepped iinto the door to the end. I was sent a detailed invoice by e-mail with the repair needs. Took car in early, it was fixed by end of tbe day. Nice shuttle service as well. Will definitely recommend to family and friends

I can definitely see Payne’s becoming my go-to local shop. I have brought my truck in a couple times for different things and the staff has been very attentive and efficient in getting the problem remedied and my truck back in my hands. Always kind, always helpful!
