Great professional service as always. There are no games played. The shop and office is very clean and comfort. The people are very friendly and helpful. Next to the dealer I would not go any place else.

My combination meter computer went out. I found an alternative way to turn the car off but it still felt as though it was on. Consequently, I couldn't lock the doors from outside. A BIG PROBLEM !! Toyota doesn't make this part anymore but Payne's was able to find a rebuilt one that solved the problem. I love my 2007 Toyota Prius and I will keep it until it rolls over and plays dead. This is only the second time that it has had to go into a shop for mechanical repairs.

Payne's always provides outstanding service. The service technicians are excellent and provide options when available on the best way to resolve your issue. When we get our oil changed, we can work while waiting for the completion of the service. The waiting room has comfortable upholstered chairs with a small tabletop attached so you can easily work and use the free wi-fi. Payne's is the only place we call when our cars need servicing. I live on the other side of town however when I'm near, I go here for trustworthy service and high quality workmanship. I guess I've only been a customer for less than 5yrs yet Paynes has never steered me wrong. Jason, Dennis or Framber always communicate clearly and complete the work right the first time! Highly recommend.
