Absolutely outstanding customer service. A month after a costly repair, came back for a check engine light which ended up being a minor issue (old engine, burning oil). No diagnostic charge for the return visit, and threw in a complimentary oil change. I will never take any of my vehicles to any other shop in Houston. You have won my business for life. Would rate higher than 5 stars if I could.

I highly recommend Payne's if you are looking for a Auto Shop that sets themselves apart in an industry that often leaves you questioning if what was quoted to you is actually what is needed. I have been taking my vehicle here for almost 10 years and not once have I been disappointed with the service. If your car can make it to this shop, this is the the place to go.

I had a flat tire while driving down Bingle and pulled into this business. I planned on calling AAA to tow me to another business (where I have a warranty on my tires). After I pulled in, I approached the guys in the office and they tried helping me by filling my tire (and would not let us pay for this). All I had approached them about was if I could sit and wait for AAA in their parking lot. They also let me use the restroom while waiting, as well as offered me something to drink. Because of this experience, I will be coming to this location in the future to have my car worked on. As a single mom, when you find honest, NICE, people it hits home!! I CANNOT THANK YOU ENOUGH FOR YOUR KINDNESS TO ME!
