I Love the customer service that paynes provides. I have a 2003 Tahoe with close to 300,000 miles that is still going strong . Called in to see if they could perform a balance test on my F250. They said they could, 120$ for the diagnostic, fine by me, but when I said I wouldn't be having them perform the service on it, they wanted nothing to do with it, and all but hung up on me. 120$ for an hour of diagnostic work (at most) and no wrench turning? Seems like a good deal to me. Oh well

Our business is that of automotive service and repair. Our priority is getting our customer's vehicles back on the road as quickly as possible. With that in mind, it would be a disservice to our customers to take on this type of work. It is not in our customers' or our interest to prolong the repair or service of vehicles in order to perform diagnostics on vehicles where the owner has no intention of us performing the necessary repairs.
